Why Blossom portraits are the best,
(and worst)
photos to have of you and your beautiful pup!
Before I get into why you should or shouldnt book your blossom session,
I would like to thank everyone in their interest in these BEAUTIFUL sessions.
Back in December, I had to start a waitlist! This kinda blows my mind!
These sessions are selling out every year now and I wish Edmonton weather would allow them to stay longer than the limited couple of days a year that we get.
Even though I had started sessions only a couple of years ago, they have drastically changed due to its evolving popularity. It is normal for beautiful locations to start to bring in other photographers, this increases traffic and the popularity. Last year, I had noticed the volume of photographers and their clients have grown threefold!
While this is doesn’t affect the end result, it raises risks for our pups, and safety is always priority. I suggest SUNRISE sessions now!
Reasons why they are the BEST
They're BEAUTIFUL!
On-Leash location (no strange dogs rushing your dog)
Sunrise - less traffic and less risks
Easy access location
Reasons why they are the WORST
Schedule must be flexible dependant on weather
Distractions like Cars and people walking their dogs
Your dog might eat goose poop and berries (also known as natures trail mix)
Your friends will be jealous of your images!
That being said, I always strive to have a stressless session and we will be going with the pace of your dog. So no need to worry!
